		<description>Those spambots don&#039;t come anywhere close to the Turing test.  They don&#039;t even pass the Parrot test (which doesn&#039;t exist formally but I hereby claim eternal credit for inventing if it ever does): a parrot doesn&#039;t really understand what it&#039;s saying, but it&#039;ll mix the words up a little to see what gets a reaction.

And I don&#039;t understand this at all.  Any insight into what the spammers hope to accomplish here?  Any clue what about that tweet caught their attention?</description>
